Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is Mountain Line’s intent to enter into a preconstruction services contract and construction services contract with a qualified construction manager/general contractor to complete design constructability reviews and construction of the Phase 1 Maintenance Facility (“Project”). The CMAR shall be an Arizona licensed Contractor for Class A General Engineering. The selected CMAR will be contracted to provide preconstruction services, design-assist and construction management services for the Project. As part of the pre-construction Services, the CMAR shall submit a Guaranteed Maximum Price Proposal for Phase 1 of the construction services or depending on best project delivery strategy determined during pre-construction, the CMAR may submit phased GMP packages to provide best value to Mountain Line. The GMP package(s) shall be submitted in the forms required by Mountain Line and if accepted by Mountain Line, at the sole discretion of Mountain Line, the project shall transition from the preconstruction phase to the construction phase.
