Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide engineering services utilizing Labor Hour/Unit Price or Lump Sum/Firm Fixed Price contract for the North Gulfport Wastewater Treatment Plant – Headworks and Sand Filters. The project will utilize Mississippi Municipality & County Water Infrastructure (MCWI) grant funding for the increasing and improvement of the headworks and replacement of the sand filter and anthracite System at North Gulfport Wastewater Treatment Plant. Provided through the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) of 2021. The Consultant’s scope of the services includes, but is not limited to, surveying, development of construction plans/specifications, environmental related services, bidding phase services, construction engineering, and inspection services.
