Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work under this Contract consists of rehabilitation or resurfacing of various roadways within the Town of East Hartford totaling approximately 1,450 feet (.28 miles). The locations of work are as follows: Blinn Street from Main Street to June Street Summer Street from June Street to May Street May Street from Pitkin Street to Summer June Street from Pitkin Street to Summer The limits of work are more precisely shown on the construction plans included in these contract documents. The exact limits of work will be determined by the Engineer prior to the Contractor beginning work. The Contractor shall review and coordinate the location of all proposed curbing, limits of pavement removal, signs, pavement markings, loop detectors, and all other items that are not specifically detailed within these documents with the Engineer prior to the beginning of work. The Contractor is responsible for taking accurate measurements as needed of actual field conditions prior to ordering proposed materials or beginning construction.
