Specifications include, but are not limited to: The provisions and installation of a new HVAC BAS electric/computer Control System (a/k/a BMS. BAS, etc.), to replace the existing HVAC BAS Control System at the premises located at 108 Notch Road, Bolton CT. The scope of Work for the Project will include all materials, labor, services, equipment, systems and machinery described in, and as may be reasonably inferable from the Bidding Documents. Generally, the work will include providing a new BAS electric/computer Control System (a/k/a, BMS, BAS, etc.) to replace the existing system. This RFP is for Phase I of a multi-phase project. Each phase will be bid separately and the award of one phase to a bidder has no bearing on the award of subsequent phases.
