Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Dallas Department of Transportation (City) is seeking Statements of Qualification (SOQs) from experienced civil engineering firms who can demonstrate they have the resources, experience, and qualifications to provide engineering services for the development of preliminary engineering (design schematic, right-ofway, environmental documents(environmental assessment and mitigation), and public involvement), plans, specifications and estimates, for the construction of new sidewalks, crosswalks, Americans with Disabilities Act ramps, curb extensions, pedestrian lighting, and upgrades to traffic signals along Pine Street from US 175 to 2 nd Avenue in the City of Dallas for CSJ 0918-47-372 (see map on page 16 of this document). These services may include, but are not limited to: • Development of preliminary/schematics, public involvement, and detailed design/environmental clearance for new sidewalks, Americans with Disabilities Act ramps, curb extensions, pedestrian lighting, and traffic signal design/modifications, intersection improvements, pavement markings, right-ofway mapping, utility adjustment coordination, subsurface utility engineering, utility engineering, survey, geotechnical data collection, and traffic control plan improvements at various locations in the area.
