Specifications include, but are not limited to: 52 In general, the work consists of: the renovation, repairs, and restoration of exterior envelope of the historic 53 Multicultural Center building on the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus. Restoration work includes 54 the roof replacement, window and door restorations, siding repairs, and recreation of lost historic elements. A-2 1 A replacement ADA access ramps will be provided to to meet current accessibility requirements and better 2 historic compatible appearances. Interior renovations will also provide an ADA restroom. 3 4 The Multicultural Education Center is a 2 ½ story, 6710 square foot, wood framed house of finished and 5 unfinished spaces, currently utilized for office and meeting rooms. The roof is approximately 2,845 square 6 feet, currently covered with asphalt shingles at the sloped areas and membrane at the flat roof areas. The 7 façade consists of 5000 square feet of wood siding and trim. There is approximately 1,200 square feet of 8 window and door openings.
