Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide all materials, labor and clean up for direct glue down carpet tile and luxury vinyl tile installation and required finish accessories as outlined on the drawing, manufacturers’ recommendations and specifications. Existing conference room carpet and wall base throughout is to be removed prior to painting in all areas that will receive new carpet and LVT. Move and relocate any chairs, tables and other loose furnishing as required during installation in the large open area. The College will manage the removal and relocation of the furniture in the conference room and all equipment, computers, monitors, etc. Demolish and dispose of existing carpet as referenced in Section 4.3 Installation.
