Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SE Little Beaver, 4TH, 5TH & 6TH Water Main project includes the replacement of the existing water main along SE Little Beaver Drive from SE 6th Street to SE 3rd Street; SE 4th Street from SE Trail Ridge Road to SE Little Beaver Drive; SE 5th Street from SE Trail Ridge Road to SE Little Beaver Drive; and SE 6th Street from SE Trail Ridge Road to SE Little Beaver Drive in the City of Grimes. The construction includes approximately 2,819 LF of 8” trenchless PVC water main and 176 LF of 8” trenched PVC water main. Other associated improvements include: partial and full depth PCC pavement, removal of existing driveways, removal & replacement of sidewalk pavement, fire hydrant removal and installation, water service installation, erosion control, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work necessary to complete the project.
