Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed under this contract consists of the construction of flood control facilities including a 71-acre-foot detention basin, storm drain to collect flows along Los Feliz Street between Owens Avenue and Washington Avenue discharging to the detention basin, and an outfall storm drain from the detention basin to the existing concrete channel southwest of Hollywood Boulevard and Monroe Avenue. Drainage improvements consist of a detention basin, reinforced concrete emergency spillway, boxes, pipes, drop inlets, manholes, outlet structure, and energy dissipators. Other Improvements include repaving of asphaltic concrete pavement and UTACS, sidewalk, curb & gutter, fencing, landscape restoration, removal and replacement of trees, signage, striping, maintenance roads, rough grading of Los Feliz Street, monitoring station and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark County, Nevada.
