Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to provide complete parking lot sweeping services. Failure to quote on all locations may result in rejection of the quote. All inside corners and other parking lot areas not accessible by a sweeping machine must be swept by hand.; Contractor will perform thorough parking lot sweeping at the request of each region’s Grounds Maintenance Supervisor or representative. All parking lot sweeping shall be done upon request only, unless other arrangements are agreed upon. The frequency of sweeping activity may vary at each location based on the discretion of the regional representative.; Thoroughly sweep the entire parking lot(s) and driveway(s) at each location identified in this document. All debris shall be removed from the premises within 24 hours after sweeping is completed. Debris of any amount or type is not to be swept/flushed down any drains. All areas of the parking lot surfaces that are inaccessible to machine sweepers shall be hand swept to remove all debris and sand. Cost for initial cleanup, broom sweeping, and air sweeping shall be quoted separately on the quote form. The initial spring cleanup will be a broom sweep only. Initial clean up shall be scheduled during the month of April and/or coordinated through the regional representative for each location. Additional sweeping requested throughout the year may be either a broom sweep or an air sweep, as requested.
