Specifications include, but are not limited to: administrative services for the Maricopa County Self-Insured Benefits Plan that offer medical, prescription, and behavioral health benefits to approximately 13,000 employees and their eligible dependents. Services under this contract will include, but not be limited to claims processing, provider network access services, chronic disease management, cost management strategies, screening and preventive care, clinical care programs, member services, point solutions, strategic planning and consultative services, and reporting and analytics. Plan proposal offerings shall be for self-funded carved in medical, behavioral health services, and prescription drug administration . Note that bidders may only bid on up to two of the three types of plans listed below. Respondent’s bid for each plan type proposed must be submitted as a separate proposal with separate pricing based on current enrollment The three plan types are: - Traditional PPO Plan - HMO Plan - Consumer Driven or High Deductible Health Plan with a Health Savings Account
