Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purpose of this contract is to obtain a three-year Gold Service plan with Planned Maintenance for the Utah Public Health Laboratory’s NexION 350D ICP-MS System, serial number 85DN6060302, and its components CHILLER-1HP 230V/60HZ TP QUIET, serial number 4U165067, and SC-4 DX FAST Basic for NexION, serial X4DXX-A-160416. This includes a three-year Bronze service plan for the MASS Software. The Contractor shall provide the Utah Department of Health and Human Services (“DHHS” or “Department”) a three-year Gold and Bronze Service plan for the above-named systems located and operated in the Chemical Environmental Lab at the Unified Public Health Laboratory. The Contractor’s services must include: (1) An Annual on-site Preventive Maintenance visit (2) Unlimited Repair Service, including Non-consumable Parts, Labor, and Travel (3) Guaranteed priority service with a service representative within 2-3 business days after request for service (4) 15% Discount on Training and a 10% Discount on Qualification Services (5) A Corrective emergency response time of no more than two (2) business days (6) Instrument software updates at time of PM (7) Phone/Remote Support
