Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected employee recognition platform must offer the following features: • A web-based system that uses a virtual credit exchange to enable employee-to-employee recognition. • Credit accumulation/banking that can be turned in for the employee’s choice of time off or material goods (i.e., logoed shirts, tumblers, bags, etc.). • Maintains at least two (2) separate banks of points: points available to give, and points received and available for redemption for items. o One bank will allow SLCoHD admin to award credits to employees on a pre-determined basis (monthly, quarterly, annually, etc.). These credits are intended to be used by employees to recognize other employees. This bank must include a mechanism that prohibits employees from gifting credits to themselves or using these credits in exchange for recognition options for themselves. Once credits for the time period have been depleted the employee will not have the option to recognize other employees via credits (though non-credit recognition options may still be available if supported by the chosen platform). o The second bank must track credits received from fellow employees (credited) and credits exchanged for recognition items (debited). These credits can be used by employees only to exchange for recognition options. These credits may not be used by employees to recognize other employees. • Host a virtual store that designated SLCoHD staff have access to add and remove recognition options as needed. • Customizable (i.e., SLCoHD can choose and brand recognition options). • On-demand production of material goods inventory with a maximum 4- week turnaround time for completion and delivery to the employee’s workplace. o Proposer will submit their guarantee and/or return/exchange policy as part of their response to this RFP. • Analytics that track system utilization at the division-, bureau-, and program-level. • User-friendly and accessible interface.
