Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Interior renovation of storage room 1-712 within Moos tower. Program spaces include: a. MRI exam room b. MRI control room c. MRI equipment room d. Changing / exam room e. Conference room f. Waiting area g. Mechanical equipment closet 2. Demolition a. Removal of all interior elements b. Elements that pass through the space, but service other portions of the building must remain undisturbed / operational. c. Selective slab removal for below slab utilities 3. New a. Make new all finishes and their tie-in to adjacent work in a complete and finished way inclusive of the limited work outside of the primary work area. 4. Coordination with Others a. Coordination with the owner and their onsite academic operations b. Coordination with work of owner's separate contracts occurring in and around the project site. 5. MRI Delivery a. Remove and reinstall obstacles along delivery path for the MRI from accessible loading dock to MRI suite. Objects include but are not limited to doors, overhead doors, and sprinklers. See AD100.
