Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1 Language testing for written and oral language proficiency by computer, telephone or in writing. when requested by the Agency. 3.2.2 Proposer will provide one test per Agency Employee for the same position with the possibility of 1-2 re-tests if Agency Employee doesn’t certify on the first attempt. 3.2.3 Proposer will provide a dispute process for demonstrated proficiency to be rereviewed and validated.Such as the following: 3.2.3.1 A second review of the test; 3.2.3.2 A retrieval of the test upon notice of the dispute and forward it to a different Tester than the one that completed the initial test; 3.2.3.3 The second Tester will review the test for a second rating and provide a rationale for their rating; 3.2.3.4 The Proposer will provide the Agency or Agency Employee with the rating rationale. 3.2.3.5 The Proposer will provide this portion of the work at no cost to the Agency.
