Specifications include, but are not limited to: The general character of the work for this Project includes supplying all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to perform the following major work items at Briscoe School, 265 N Main Street, Ashland, Oregon: • Acquisition of permits and issuance of all required notifications • The removal of approximately 30,000 square feet of existing roofing, 760 linear feet of parapet cap flashing, and appurtenances. A licensed asbestos abatement contractor shall be used for the removal of asbestos containing material. • The inspection and repair of damaged wood decking and visible structural wood. • The inspection and repair of damaged structure underneath parapet flashing • The installation of a new insulation, coverboard, PVC membrane roof, and appurtenances as well as the extension of a downspout. • Replacement of damaged parapet cap flashing on an as-needed basis.
