Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall remove all fixtures, partitions, and all wall mounted items in both bathrooms. B. The Contractor shall remove all floor tile and cove molding in both bathrooms and foyer hall wall. C. The Contractor shall repair all damaged and deteriorated plywood sub flooring. D. The contractor shall totally remove urinal next to vanity and repair the sheetrock wall where urinal and wall partition was removed. E. The Contractor shall install new LVP flooring in both bathrooms and foyer hallway. The flooring brand shall be Happy Feet or equal. F. The flooring shall be glued down using Happy Feet flooring adhesive or equal. Park staff shall choose flooring color and cove molding color. G. The Contractor shall move partition in men’s bathroom to meet ADA codes. H. The Contractor shall paint all walls in both bathrooms and foyer hallway. Park staff shall choose paint colors. I. All paint shall be Sherwin Williams lifetime warranty latex or equal. J. The Contractor shall install new ADA commodes, urinal, and new vanity tops with new faucets. K. The Contractor shall install new mirrors, light fixtures, soap dispensers, and hand dryers.
