Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected consultant will perform a Tier 2 NEPA Study for Mid-States Corridor Section of Independent Utility 2 (SIU 2) for RPA P betweenI-64 to SR 56 at Haysville. Information and Tier 1 documents completed for the corridor are available at midstatescorridor.com. Theconsultant will be responsible for completing all appropriate documentation and activities as required by 23 CFR 771, 23 CFR 774, NationalHistoric Preservation Act, Clean Water Act, Rivers and Harbors Act, Endangered Species Act and all related laws and regulations necessary for NEPA Document Preparation Services including an extensive public/agency information program. Letters of Interest (LOIs) shall be limited to twenty (20) 8.5" x 11" pages. This item will include a two-step selection process. The consultant will be responsible for preparing apreliminary engineering assessment report for any selected build alternatives.
