Specifications include, but are not limited to: Consultant will further develop the nine (9) preliminary drainage improvement designs identified in the East Mountain Stormwater and Drainage Study into final engineering plans for permitting and construction. Due to the variation of permitting required for each project, to accelerate completion of the projects it should be assumed that each project will be bid and constructed individually. If the Consultant determines that some projects may be grouped together for bidding and construction, they may make recommendations to the City following final design. We anticipate that the following permits may be required: o PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit o PA DEP NPDES Permit o PA DEP Chapter 105 Permit • Construction Cost Estimates Bidding and Contract Award Services • Compile Project Manual and Bid Materials • Provide Bid Documents to Prospective Bidders • Respond to Requests for Information • Review, Analyze, and Tabulate Bids • Review Contract Documents (Agreement, Insurances, Bonds, etc.) Construction Administration & Observation • Conduct Pre-Construction Meeting • Review Submittals • Review Payment Requests • Respond to Change Orders, Substitutions, and Requests for Clarification • Conduct On-Site Observation of Project Progress • Contract Closeout
