Specifications include, but are not limited to:The intent of the Contract Documents is to provide for the execution and completion of the Work in its entirety. Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, the Contractor shall provide all permits, transportation, handling, materials storage, labor, tools, implements, machinery, supplies, water, heat, utilities, cleaning supplies and activities, and incidentals and shall do all things necessary to perform and to complete the Work. This contract will provide the Municipality of Anchorage Parks & Recreation Department (PRD) with the required Category 6 and Fiber Optic cabling required for the Wireless Implementation Project for Parks & Recreation Community Centers. Any work required under this contract will be agreed upon on a project-by-location basis. PRD makes no minimum guarantee as to the amount of work to be performed under this contract. The work that is expected to be performed under this contract will be at the following locations: Fairview Recreation Center, Lidia Selkregg Chalet, Spenard Recreation Center, and Beach Lake House in Eagle River/Chugiak. • Cabling from each end point to communications closet as per AsBuilt documents provided, and the guided walkthrough. Not limited too but including the installation of additional 110 blocks and patch panels, and any associated hardware. • Install, mount, and connect provided Wireless Access Points. Provide any additional required hardware. • Establish new IDF at Fairview Recreational Center as shown on the As-Builts. • Install Fiber Optic Cables between the two existing comm rooms at Fairview Recreation Center, and any additional areas referenced in the drawings.
