Specifications include, but are not limited to: Construct a backbone main and associated PRV stations in the southern Anchorage Bowl water system, from the 411 to the 260 pressure zones, to improve capacity, redundancy, fire flows, and storage cycling to all pressure zones. furnishing and installing a masonry block building with electrical, mechanical, interior and exterior piping, interior and exterior valves, SCADA, jib crane, all related appurtenances, site work and building pad, and coordination for installation of electric and gas services; abandoning one existing PRV stations which includes furnishing and installing various piping and valves. Additionally, the Work includes but is not limited to all traffic control, dewatering, landscaping, and the restoration of all affected streets and parking lot improvements.
