Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected consultant will perform a Tier 2 NEPA Study for Mid-States Corridor Section of Independent Utility 2 (SIU 2) for RPA P between I-64 to SR 56 at Haysville. Information and Tier 1 documents completed for the corridor are available at midstatescorridor.com. The consultant will be responsible for completing all appropriate documentation and activities as required by 23 CFR 771, 23 CFR 774, National Historic Preservation Act, Clean Water Act, Rivers and Harbors Act, Endangered Species Act and all related laws and regulations necessary for NEPA Document Preparation Services including an extensive public/agency information program. Letters of Interest (LOIs) shall be limited to twenty (20) 8.5" x 11" pages. This item will include a two-step selection process. The consultant will be responsible for preparing a preliminary engineering assessment report for any selected build alternatives. The following is the anticipated schedule for the RFP selection process: Shortlist Selection Notification: Week of December 18, 2023. Interviews: Week of January 8, 2024. Final Selection: Week of January 15, 2024. Scoping Meeting: Week of January 29, 2024. NTP anticipated beginning of April 2024.
