Specifications include, but are not limited to: Replace weather stripping around the door with similar product that is currently there. Ensure that no daylight can be seen around door when complete. Replace window sashes with vinyl replacement windows. Remove sash balances and insulate weight pockets. Ensure sash stops are installed for interior & exterior of windows. If stops are missing/broken install new. Side A (W1) REPLACEMENT SHOULD HAVE GRIDS ON THE INTERIOR OF THE GLASS TO MATCH REMAINDER OF WINDOWS IN HOME. MAY NEED TO BE TEMPERED GLASS. Replace/repair outlets so they work as intended. Currently 1 outlet on wall A has no power and 1 outlet on wall B is cracked. Replace flooring with LVP flooring that has a 20 mil wear layer. Include transitions and baseshoe. Repair/replace handle on attic door. Currently it falls off when used. If replacing the new handle must match the other. Have pipe scoped to find and remove blockage. Replace toilet with new toilet and wax ring. Replace shower wall Side A with similar matching product. Install supports behind wall to ensure that wall is sturdy and can't be punctured. Light near laundry will not shut off. Replace the cover plate on swtich and ensure light is fully operational. Install tube to redirect water from storage area to drain. Install a code compliant sump pump. Wrap window stops with aluminum. Side A,B,C,D (W1-15) Permits required to complete work (Building, Engineering, etc.) Material costs for containment, PPE, signage, proper disposal, etc. to comply with lead-safe work practices. Clean complete home to meet Lead clearance and pass clearance.
