Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor will perform clean-up operations in areas on public property or in the public rightof-way within Marion County used by individuals experiencing homelessness as encampments, or at other sites selected by City (the "Project"). The Project will include litter removal and power washing of sidewalks or other public rights of way in the immediate vicinity of the area being cleaned. As further described below, the Project services will be conducted in a manner that respects the dignity and autonomy of individuals experiencing homelessness who are residing in the area. While performing Project services, Contractor will not enter tents or other enclosed sleeping areas, and Contractor will minimize any disruption to residents' belongings.
