Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Nebraska is requesting proposals from qualified bidders to provide all material and labor for the repair and replacement of damaged EIFS throughout the exterior of the UNK Health and Sports Center. Areas throughout the building have been identified for either full replacement of the EIFS system, or a repair to the existing system. Base bid includes repainting of the metal band around the perimeter of the building. Included in this project is also three alternates including: ALT #1 to paint existing metal panels around the upper arena roof, ALT #2 to paint existing exterior hollow metal doors and frames, and ALT #3 to remove and replace existing caulking between all brick, stone, and aluminum panel locations in all areas.
