Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Harm Reduction Services Branch (HRSB) of the Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH) seeks to ensure that individuals living with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) in Hawaii are linked to, and retained in, HIV medical care and treatment and achieve sustained suppressed viral load. This Request for Proposals (RFP) seeks to provide access to a comprehensive continuum of high quality, community-based HIV care for low-income individuals and families living with HIV. This shall be accomplished through the use of RWHAP Part B HIV care services grant funds. Through RWHAP Part B grant funds, one or more HIV care services providers shall assist persons living with HIV (PLWH) to access primary medical care and HIV/AIDS medications, assist qualifying individuals to access the Hawaii Department of Health’s HIV Drug Assistance Program, and provide critical support necessary to maintain PLWH in systems of care.
