Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Install playgrounds of all manufacture types at Agency locations, as needed, after initial meeting with Agency staff to determine specific need at each location. 2. Provide a description and catalog picture of each item or part requested by Agency. 3. Develop an installation plan and timeline with the earliest completion date as possible. 4. Provide computer-aided design (CAD) drawings for all construction. 5. Ensure that all construction properly meets State of Texas Licensing Regulations, and that all construction has proper permits required by the State of Texas or the City of Houston. 6. Meet current Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) guidelines, American Society for Testing and Materials International (ASTMI) standards, and American with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations for all constructions. 7. Ensure proper drainage of all playgrounds. 8. Ensure that kiddie cushions of all types to meet proper depth regulations per fall height guidelines. 9. Provide substitutes of any items requested by Agency of similar quality with details explaining the differences to be approved in writing by Agency before replacement. 10.Supply warranty information on all products and services. 11.Provide a final walk-through by a Certified Playground Safety Inspector (CPSI), with Agency approval, before final payment on all projects and construction.
