Specifications include, but are not limited to: This proposal is intended to provide janitorial services for the Kansas Department of Transportation Concordia Area Office Building, 1480 Union Rd., Concordia, KS 66901. The building consists of approximately 2081 sq. ft. of polished concrete and approximately 2570 sq. ft. of carpeting. Weekly: 1. Empty all inside and outside wastebaskets into outside trash dumpster. 2. Dust all furniture, desks, chairs, office machines, etc. 3. Clean and sanitize all desks, tables, and counter tops. 4. Clean and sanitize drinking fountains. 5. Spot clean lobby, and entrance glass, all interior glass (partitions and doors). Bi-Weekly: 7. Dust all horizontal surfaces to 70", including sills, ledges, moldings, picture frames, ducts, radiators, etc. 8. Vacuum fabric upholstered furniture and damp wipe plastic or leather upholstered furniture. 9. Clean cleared off areas of desks, tables, and counter tops. 10. Dust all exposed filing cabinets, bookcases, shelves, etc. 11. Dust, clean and sanitize telephones and radios. 12. Remove fingerprints from front doors, frames, light switches, kick and push plates, handles, railings, etc. 13. Clean entire lobby, entrance, and all interior glass (partitions and doors).
