Specifications include, but are not limited to: reconstruct, rehabilitate, and widen pavement; construct sidewalk, driveways, and sidewalk ramps in pavement widening areas; construct new concrete cross gutters and replace existing concrete cross gutters; replace sidewalk ramps that are not ADAcompliant; replace damaged curb, gutter, and sidewalk; install bicycle lanes and pavement markings; construct storm drain facilities; adjust utilities; upgrade HPS streetlights to LED and install new streetlights and streetlighting conduits, wires, and pull boxes; install ITS conduits, pull boxes, fiber optic cable, and other appurtenances; install loop detectors and traffic signal conduits, cables, and pull boxes; install a school flasher system; and replace existing signs and install new signs.
