Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected Offeror shall provide the following evaluation services under the various grant program components with supervision and direction of DWI Program Manager and Youth Services Administrative Program Manager: 1. Law Enforcement: Maintain accurate data on all local Law Enforcement DWI initiatives including but not limited to the following: - Checkpoints, shoulder-taps, over service, directed patrols, warrant round-ups and underage drinking activities. Track the following indicators: - DWI Arrest Data (both LDWI and Non-LDWI funds) - Citation Data on all LDWI funded activities - Number of offender referred to the various courts (Magistrate, Municipal and District Court) - Monitor Conviction Rate and Trends - Monitor Dismissal Rate, Refile Rate, and Trends Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with local Law Enforcement agencies including but not limited to: - Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department, Santa Fe Police Department, New Mexico State Police, Edgewood Police, Pojoaque Pueblo Police, Tesuque Pueblo Police and Rio Arriba Police Department. Track data specific to the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Department LDWI dedicated full-time deputy. Establish a good rapport and relationship with the local courts (Magistrate, Municipal & District Court) in order to retrieve accurate data. 2. Screening, Tracking, Monitoring: Compile offender demographics based on the mandatory statewide screening tool. Track the number of offenders screened within the year. Compile a recidivism report that can be shared with County Officials yearly. Provide data (how many clients are receiving education, treatment, counseling and any other treatment intervention that is funded by the grant) on the offenders presenting problems and capture the following: - LDWI funded hours of substance use education. - LDWI funded individual treatment and counseling.
