Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Implement and cutover to the new software solution. 2. Development of required system integrations in partnership with Dakota County staff. 3. Provide Incident Management technical support to Dakota County system administrators with service levels that reflect the critical nature of the services the solution supports. 4. Perform regular system maintenance and risk management, including deploying system updates, ensuring the system remains secure, and supporting Problem Management activities to improve capability, availability, and reliability. 5. Train the Dakota County team on system administration, ongoing operations and best practices. 6. Provide a single point of contact for the entire solution where adjunct or ancillary parts of the solution may be provided by sub-vendors or teaming partners.
