Specifications include, but are not limited to: Lane County is seeking proposals from qualified service providers on the following: • Transportation services for mixed glass to Glass to Glass, located at 866 N. Columbia Blvd. Portland, OR 97217 for on-call service. • Transportation services for materials not yet identified for transport. • Provide month-end reporting detailing the weight of loads transported within 15 days of the transport activity. Reports must be sent electronically to waste reduction staff. Reports must contain the weight in pounds and tons of each load delivered, the weigh ticket number and amount. • Upon receipt of Waste Management material haul request, operator will send an email acknowledgement within one to two business days indicating time and day of scheduled pick-up. On the day of the delivery, operator will provide Waste Management with a courtesy call verify pick-up and drop off logistics.
