Specifications include, but are not limited to: It is the intention of the City of Tucson to establish an annual requirement contract for VendNovations EMS Platform Hardware and Software servicing, as per the Scope of Work, which includes vending machines, vendible lockers, and the software to support the pharmaceutical and durable goods distribution of the Tucson Fire Department and Tucson Police Department. The City of Tucson currently owns 16 Wittern IDS vending machines and 1 Optima Helix Vending Machine, three tethered lockers (2 x 18 Door and 1 x 12 Door), and one independent locker. All future purchases will be in an as-needed basis. The City Reserves the right to purchase newer models, accessories, or technologies as they become available. This hardware is dispersed throughout the City of Tucson, however, Fire Resource Management located at 720 E. Ajo Way, Tucson AZ, 85713 will manage this contract. No alternative Software platforms or Hardware solutions will be considered.
