Specifications include, but are not limited to: These technical specifications are intended to provide a minimum acceptable description of three (3), Runway Closure Markers, Hali-Brite Model No. RCM-D L893 (L) LED Lighted X, or City approved equal, as stated herein. 1. GENERAL A. The unit bid shall be of the most recent design and current production model design and construction. Successful bidder guarantees all equipment, parts and components offered in its bid to be new, unused and non-refurbished. B. Workmanship shall be consistent with first class manufacturing processes. Manufacturing shall be performed in a manner that ensures interchangeability of all parts and sub-assemblies. C. All parts not specifically mentioned which are necessary for the unit to be complete and ready for operation or which are normally furnished as standard equipment shall be supplied by the successful bidder. All parts shall conform in strength, quality and workmanship to the accepted standards of the industry. D. All systems shall be thoroughly tested and tuned prior to delivery. 2. MANUFACTURER The Runway Closure Marker bid shall be a 2023/24 model year, HaliBrite RCM-D L-893 (L), or city approved equivalent. Bidder shall state brand, model and model year bid. 3. ENGINE A. Engine bid shall be a 3 cylinder Diesel engine, or City approved equivalent. Engine shall be emissions complaint. Bidder shall state engine bid. B. The engine bid shall be protected from high coolant temperature and low oil pressure. 4. COOLING SYSTEM A. Unit bid shall have a liquid cooled diesel engine. 5. GENERATOR The generator bid shall be a Marathon Electric 6kw 120/240VAC 60Hz, or City approved equal. Bidder shall state generator bid.
