Specifications include, but are not limited to: the service, repair, and potential replacement and/or upgrading of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems within the following Town Facilities: Town Hall, Town Hall Annex, Senior Center, Old Crystal Lake School House, Public Works Office Facility, State Police Building, Human Services/ Recreation Facility, Hall Memorial Library, Dog Pound, Ambulance, DPW Maintenance & Parking Garage, Board of Education Maintenance Building, Center Fire Department, Nutmeg Fire Department and Crystal Lake Fire Department. A. Annual Preventive Maintenance on all Town HVAC systems including but limited to: Oil changes, filter changes, seasonal Start-Ups/Shut-Downs, testing to verify proper operation, etc.. B. Labor rates for scheduled repairs including but not limited to: i. Mechanical system computer programming/control calibration ii. Installation of replacement equipment including but not limited to: air handlers, condensing units, furnaces, exhaust fans, circulator pumps, ducting, thermostats, etc., as directed by the Town. C. Labor rates for emergency & Non-Scheduled repairs- same items included in “B”. D. Material markup percentage.
