Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. 269 Melrose Street (Building B), Providence, Rhode Island - a. RIDEM Site Monitoring Program • Prepare Quarterly Groundwater Monitoring Reports to be submitted to the RIDEM UST Division (or as required by subsequent changes); • Conduct monthly gauging of eight monitoring wells or as directed by RIDEM. • Monitor and/or maintenance of petroleum adsorbent socks 1 , conducted twice per month. Frequency subject to change upon RIDEM or RIPTA’s instruction. • Complete high vacuum extraction at two monitoring wells, conducted on a quarterly basis. Frequency subject to change upon RIDEM or RIPTA’s instruction. • Collect a maximum of six quarterly groundwater samples from the groundwater monitoring wells. The samples shall be submitted to a third party Rhode Island licensed laboratory for volatile organic compounds via EPA Method 8260. Frequency subject to change upon RIDEM or RIPTA’s instruction.
