Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Premises shall be used by the Concessionaire for the purpose of maintaining a refreshment stand at which the Concessionaire shall have food and soft drinks, including, but not limited to, fresh salads, veggie burgers, sandwiches, carbonated beverages, milk, pizzas, hotdogs, hamburgers, candy, cake, ice cream, chips, etc. The menu on offer must provide healthy food items in conjunction with contemporary food fare. The sale of alcohol and tobacco products, including alternative products such as, but not limited to, electronic cigarettes, personal vaporizers, liquid mixes of propylene glycol and/or vegetable glycerin, is strictly prohibited. Beach incidentals and similar items may be sold to the public. The Concessionaire may also rent umbrellas and beach chairs. The Concessionaire will have the exclusive right to sell during the stated season, Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, with the exception of any Parks and Recreation Commission approved event (i.e. road race or town-wide picnic, etc.). During such an event, the Commission may provide its own food vendor(s). The Concessionaire may sell specialty items (e.g. balloons, glow rings and related items) on the night of the Town fireworks at the Jennings Beach concession. All sales shall be confined to the pavilion decks. Selling any items on the beach will not be permitted.
