Specifications include, but are not limited to: • 5′ x 8′ commercial grade nylon (Dupont Solar-Max™ for reference) flag with extra stitching on side seams. • 4 rows of stitches on the fly end. • Pole end is to have a 3-1/2″ sleeve made from white canvas (Sumbrella™ Marine canvas for reference), closed at the outer end with a double needle, and the name of the flag stitched on the upper corner of the closed end of sleeve. • Two #2 tie-down grommets opposed to each other are to be centered on the sleeve 2″ from open end. • 2″ x 2″ grommet patch (#2 rolled spur) made with 400 denier nylon wrapped in background color to be located in lower fly corner of flag, 36″ from fly end. • Fly end is to have 6″ patches at each corner made from 3 layers of fabric. (Refer to Attachment B) • Two fly end corners to have triangular patches. • Reinforced grommet to be set at 36″ from fly end on left side of flag. • Name label to be at top right corner on front of flag. • Tunnel to be made of canvas heading and to be 3.5″ • Finishing of all flats shall be with canvas pole hem to accommodate 1-1/2 ″ diameter pole and reinforced tie-down grommet three feet from fly-end. • Grommets and sleeves may need to be adjusted on flags ordered for special sets.
