Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1: Kickoff Meeting Description: The Service Provider shall meet on-site with the DNR to establish goals, objectives, and standards including but not limited to expectations, regulatory requirements, timelines, and communication protocols.; Task 2: 90% Inspection Report Description: The Service Provider shall create a report documenting the inspection techniques, condition of the spillway chute and foundation assessment. Report will also include recommendations for rehabilitation including conceptual estimated cost for repair work.; Task 3: 100% Inspection Report Description: Finalize and submit the report after feedback from DNR.; Task 4: 90% Construction Bidding Documents Description: Includes plans, specifications, and cost estimate, permit submittals.; Task 5: 100% Construction Bidding Documents Description: Finalize the documents after any feedback from DNR.; Task 6: Engineering Consultation During Construction Description: Answer questions during bidding, review submittals and shop drawings, attend the pre-bid meeting and answer questions during construction.
