Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Notify the Project Officer three business days prior to beginning any work. 2. Notify all adjacent/affected residents/property owners and businesses three business days (min) prior to beginning any work. 3. Contact BLUESTAKE and any non-participating utility company at least 48 hours prior to beginning any work within the construction area. 4. Satisfy minimum requirements as set by all OSHA regulations, City Development Code, City Ordinances, Life-Safety Codes, MAG Standards, and ADOT Standards. 5. Work hours Monday through Friday, between 6a.m. and 7p.m., unless otherwise approved by the Project Officer. 6. Secure public safety at all Construction Work Zones and Construction Staging Areas with the appropriate fencing or traffic control, as approved by the project officer. 7. Maintain two way traffic at all times unless otherwise approved by the Project Officer. All required and applicable traffic control is the responsibility of the contractor and subject to review and subject to review by the city and shall conform to the latest addition of the MANUAL OF UNIFORM TRAFFIC CONTROL DEVICES.
