Specifications include, but are not limited to: UT Martin is seeking bids for charter buses for the UTM Baseball team. Departure Location: Parking lot at the end of Pat Head Summit Drive next to Skyhawk Park. Bus Size: Minimum 47 PAX / Prefer 55 or 56 PAX Bid with UT Martin will pay for driver’s hotel room. All restrooms must be working and fully stocked with paper products. 47 passenger or larger must have at least 3 working DVD and remotes, TVs and Satellite. WI-FI is mandatory for all trips. Electrical outlets are mandatory. Bus must be the model listed below or newer. Year: 2012 Additional Charges: No additional charges will be paid without approval from the University. Any clean up fee must be submitted to the University with photos of the area in question.
