Specifications include, but are not limited to: To collaborate effectively with LCC's project team, the architect, and the general contractor to collect and consolidate all relevant information pertaining to the existing building and renovation measures in the context of pursuing LEED v4.1 O+M certification. This effort is part of the ongoing design process for a significant renovation of the Math Science and Engineering Building, situated on the main campus and encompassing a total area of 89,550 gross square feet. The primary focus of Building 16 work involves enhancing science laboratories and related building systems to support core learning spaces. ● The consultants will also act as an advisor to LCC’s project team to identify ways to optimize the sustainability performance of the existing building in support of the campus strategic vision. Based on the analysis, the consultant is to advise on ways in which policies, scheduling and/or other practices can improve performance and better align available resources with needs. ● To gather and track all required project information in online platforms such as LEED Online, Arc Skoru , Energy Star Portfolio Manager and all other relevant tools. ● Attend monthly project meetings and additional necessary meetings and collaborate with the team to maximize the amount of points the college can earn for certification.
