Specifications include, but are not limited to: Item 1 – Annual Decals: Quantity: 120,000 pairs of printed and numbered retro-reflective decals. The first 1,000 (1-1,000) will NOT be bound. The balance will be bound in books of 25 pairs per book, for a total of 4,760 books. Book size will be 5-1/2” x 3”. Size: A single decal will be 5” wide x 1-1/2” high. A book leaf will have two of these, arranged one-above-the other and separated by a kiss-cut, plus a ½” left binding stub, for a total page size of 5-1/2” wide x 3” high. Construction: A book will have a printed top cover of 80 lb. cover, plus 25 decal book leaves as described above, plus a chipboard backer, all bound by two heavy duty staples through the left side stub.; Item 2 – Temporary Decals: Quantity: 6,000 pairs of printed and numbered retro-reflective decals. These will be bound in books of 25 pairs per book, for a total of 240 books. Book size will be 5-1/2” x 3”. Size: A single decal will be 5” wide x 1-1/2” high. A decal sheet will have a matched pair of these, arranged one-above-the other and separated by a kiss-cut, plus a ½” left binding stub, for a total page size of 5-1/2” wide x 3” high. The face will have a full-bleed solid background of PMS 193 with black type and black serial numbering beginning with the letter “T”; the liner back will have application instructions in black. Construction: A book will have a printed top cover of 80 lb. cover, plus 25 decal book leaves as described above, plus a chipboard backer, all bound by two heavy duty staples through the left side stub.; Item 3 – Rental Decals: Quantity: 950 pairs of printed and numbered retro-reflective decals. These will be in the form of unbound decal sheets, with one pair to a sheet. Total sheet size will be 5” x 3”. Size: A single decal will be 5” wide x 1-1/2” high. A decal sheet will have a matched pair of these, arranged one-above-the other and separated by a kiss cut through the face stock, for a total page size of 5” wide x 3” high. The appearance of the decals will be similar to the Annual Decals, except there will be no binding stub, and the registration serial number on the face of the sticker will have the prefix letter “R” followed by five digits.
