Specifications include, but are not limited to: Springville City Incorporated will accept bids for the construction of the 1200 West Corridor (Center Street to 550 N) and West Meadows Subdivision project according to the Drawings and Specifications and in accordance with the Springville City Standard Specifications and Drawings Manual, and described as: The construction of the 1200 West Corridor from Center Street to 550 North and the adjacent West Meadows Subdivision; this shall include but is not limited to, demolition, clearing and grubbing, excavating, grading, landscaping, furnishing and installing sidewalk, park strip, curb, gutter, roadway and underground City utilities and services (Sewer, storm drain, culinary water, and pressurized irrigation).
