Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Provide a soil analysis, geologic hazards analysis, and geotechnical report for the project site that outlines findings and recommendations to incorporate in the road design and construction. 2. Provide a topographic survey of the project site. 3. Provide complete construction drawings, technical specifications, and bidding documents for the construction of Phase IV of the 1200 W regional corridor. 4. Provide coordination with governing entities and assistance in permitting. Permitting approval will be required from UDOT, FEMA, DNR, DWR (Stream Alteration) and Springville Irrigation Company(s). 5. Provide assistance with project construction bidding and selection of the contractor, including providing bidding documents, responding to questions from potential bidders, preparation of addenda, conducting a pre-bid conference, attending the bid opening, evaluating bids, and providing a recommendation for award. 6. Provide services during construction of the road, including conducting a pre-construction meeting, responding to questions during construction, participating in construction coordination meetings. 7. As part of the design of the bridge, prepare and submit a Conditional Letter of Map Revision (CLOMR) to FEMA to indicate how the project, if completed as proposed, would be eligible for a Letter of Map Revision (LOMR). Submit a LOMR to FEMA to request an official modification to the flood plain. In addition to a CLOMR and LOMR, other FEMA criteria will also need to be meet that result from changes to a floodway.
