Specifications include, but are not limited to: Coordinate with the Division staff to prioritize entities needing assistance related to this Scope of Work. As mutually agreed upon, schedule meetings with and provide training to identified entities on Capacity Development Principles, Drinking Water System Design and Construction Standards, and all applicable land use and development ordinances that impact drinking water and drinking water systems. Specific entities to be visited will be determined during meetings held between the Division and the Awardee. Additional meetings with entities previously trained may be necessary and will be determined by the Division and mutually agreed to by the Parties. Invite and encourage the Division staff and/or District Engineer attendance at these meetings. Work with Division staff and DEQ District Engineers to modify and improve model Drinking Water System Development Ordinances for new development/water systems as necessary. Identify those entities that lack these ordinances and work with them to develop and implement them. Maintain a list of entities and identify what ordinances and policies regarding drinking water system development and operation each has or does not have. Provide an updated list to Division staff during quarterly meetings.
