Specifications include, but are not limited to: a legal team that would be available to provide assistance to the AGO for the Proposal Area. An attorney providing these services would need to meet the following requirements: • Able to represent UDOT without conflicts due to representation of parties that may be adverse to UDOT in the Proposal Area, as determined by the AGO. • Available to initiate work as requested by the AGO and at the time when needs may arise. • Able to work within the communication parameters and management techniques required by the AGO and UDOT to help control work requests and costs (see form contract at Exhibit F). • A history of at least seven years of experience representing clients in the Proposal Area requested in this RFP and a commitment to remaining current in those areas of law. • Preferred experience: Previous representation of a public agency before state and federal environmental regulators in connection with hazardous materials matters.
