Specifications include, but are not limited to: Online IEP Data Tracking Platform / Diagnostic Tool (Grades K-12). This online platform will house resources, tools, and documentation for a student's that will be accessible by staff and students which will provide diagnostic information that identifies where a student is performing compared to grade level peers as well as lessons that are personalized to assist teachers to deliver targeted instruction. The Firm shall grant the District the appropriate licenses needed to allow the District's authorized users to access and use the platform. 3.2 ELECTRONIC PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS 3.2.1 Required Platform components • Baseline and present level data with recommendations provided for Specially Designed Instruction ("SDI") based on data collected. • Progress monitoring and tracking functionality that allows both students and staff to monitor student progress. • Math, reading and writing (which may be tied into Reading) curriculum required - additional components related to Social Emotional Learning or other subject areas is preferred, but is not required • Ability to share data and progress across teachers and/or schools as students are mobile. • Must support direct instruction by a teacher. • Must be at least Grades K-8 appropriate. • Tools to address learning gaps. • Evidenced-based approaches, strategies, and resources to assist learners in accessing grade level content. 3.2.2 Curriculum Lessons • Curriculum in math, reading, and writing (and other subject areas as available) should be easily taught by classroom teachers, counselors, and Advisement teachers without a great deal of lesson preparation. • Each lesson should last approximately 25 minutes. • Curriculum should be able to integrate with the District’s SIS and/or LMS. • Platform must incorporate research-based best practices, strategies, and resources so that all learners can access grade-level content. • Platform must have the ability to track students’ progress by recording completion of tasks and date completed. • Platform must include the ability for teachers to view students’ task/lesson completion reports. • Lessons should be available in a printable format.
