Specifications include, but are not limited to: The purchase of Generic Naloxone Nasal Spray (4 MG/ 0.1 ML), an opioid antagonist designed to rapidly reverse opioid overdose, in the following form: • Prepackaged Generic Naloxone Nasal Spray (4 MG/ 0.1 ML) – TDMHSAS anticipates that around 12,500 units will be ordered each month. The Suppliershall: • Supply units of Generic Naloxone in two 4 MG/ 0.1 ML doses of Nasal Spray. • Provide the medications at lowest possible cost for an indigent population. This rate should include free, 2-day shipping of the medication. • Fill orders within twenty-four (24) hours, excluding state of Tennessee holidays (see Attachment 1 for list of current holidays) and weekends, understanding that the number of doses ordered may vary. • Ship directly to twenty-three (23) addresses provided by TDMHSAS. Please see Attachment 2 for list of current addresses. o Additional addresses across the State of Tennessee may be added during the contract and the supplier shall seamlessly implement these. • Send electronic invoices within thirty (30) days of receiving an order to TDMHSAS fiscal department via MHSAS.Fiscal.Invoices@tn.gov. • Provide initial training on ordering process. • Have and maintain licensure from the Tennessee Board of Pharmacy, registration with the Tennessee Secretary of State, and be licensed as a Pharmacy, Wholesaler, Distributor, or Manufacturer.
