Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. MNIT, on behalf of DOC, DNR, DPS, and MnDOT, intends to enter into an agreement with Intergraph Corporation, dba Hexagon Safety & Infrastructure, for up to 36 months. The agreement will provide these agencies with access to Hexagon’s Public Safety Computer-Aided Dispatch software, and related mobile, platform, and analysis tools. The agreement will also cover the necessary maintenance and support for the software. DOC, DNR, DPS, and MnDOT all use this software to manage incidents and their responses to those incidents during both their regular operations and during emergency situations. In addition to this, the agencies have the ability to utilize an analytics platform and run reports pertaining to the data that is captured.
